SSC CHSL 2017:- The SSC or Staff selection commission is one of the top most recruiter for the Government organisations at various levels. The SSC is also the most praised and desired exam among the youngsters. Every year SSC conduct various exams like SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC Steno, SSC MTS etc. to fill the various posts. The SSC is about to release the official notification for the SSC CHSL on 18 Nov 2017.
The staff selection commission organise and execute the SSC CHSL Exam also known as SSC Combined Higher Level Exam (10+2). The examination is to fill following posts in various Ministries, Departments, and Organisations of the Government of India.
- DEO-Data Entry Operator
- Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant (PA/SA)
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Court Clerk
SSC CHSL 2017 Details: –
The SSC CHSL recruitment exam is held in three stages commonly known as Tiers. The mode of examination is as:-
Tier-I :-Computer Based MCQ’s
Tier-II: -Descriptive Paper (Pen and Paper Made)
Tier III: -Skill Test/ Computer Proficiency Test
Number of Vacancies: –
Every year the government release approx 6000 to 8000 vacancies on an average. In year 2016 the number of vacancy was 7662.
The applicant’s age should be between 18 to 27 years as on 01/01/2018. The age relaxation for the reserved categories are as SC/ST it is 5 years, for OBC (NC) it is 3 years and for physically disabled candidate (PWD) it is 10 Years. (For detailed information consider official notification).
Educational Qualification: –
The candidate must have passed 10+2 or Secondary examination or an equivalent exam to fill the education qualification criteria from a Government recognised board.
Applicants have to pay an amount of 100/- rupees (Transaction & intimation charges of 25/- additional) by debit /credit /internet banking/mobile wallets/IMPS or by SBI challan. For SC/ ST/ Female /PWD candidate the fee is exempted as per rules of Government of India.
